I have a belief that we are all capable of doing more than we think we are capable of. Just spend 30 minutes on YouTube and you can find inspirational people doing amazing feats. 

But how can we get there? I would recommend that we all try to do a little more, give a little more, experience the discomfort we get when we challenge ourselves. Climb the  competence/confidence ladder. We need both and they go hand in hand. The hardest part is that first decision to do more.
